A company's access to use ClimateCalc to make climate calculations of products is conditional on the data used in the climate calculation being verified by ClimateCalc during an annual audit. By using ClimateCalc companies are able to calculate the carbon footprint of a specific product and of the company as a whole. The annual audit ensures the accuracy of these footprints and that the product calculations remain consistent with the guidelines of ClimateCalc. Based on the audit an audit report and a certificate are issued.
